You will find the beautiful country houses in typical country style with natural stone facades between Porec and Novigrad in the village of VABRIGA, only approx. 5 hours and 30 minutes drive from Munich and easily accessible via Pula international airport (approx. 45 min. drive). The village of VABRIGA is about 800 m from the sea and has its own fishing harbour. Typical local restaurants and shopping facilities for daily needs are within walking distance. The two historic towns of Novigrad and Porec are about 7 minutes’ drive away. In itself, the location between the romantic towns of Porec and Novigrad is of course one of Vabriga’s main advantages. Vabriga is also one of the few villages on the Istrian coast that is not overrun by tourism and, on the contrary, is mainly characterised by orderly and typical development. In recent years, Vabriga’s charm has led to an increasingly high-quality overall image, not only due to our projects, which has naturally attracted further investors. A positive development is foreseeable for the future, which could also be accelerated by further planned infrastructure measures, e.g. anearby golf course or a or a new fishing harbour. At the current still moderate price level, an investment in Vabriga could certainly have the positive effect of a good performance. There are always only a few pearls in every region, be it the south of France, Spain or Italy. It is important to recognise these preferred locations at an early stage and to buy promptly before prices rise.
